Tired of the run around

The motorcycle has been great when it works as expected but man it has been a nightmare getting replacement parts when things break unexpectedly. My RideCommand display has been broken for almost 5 months and a replacement isn't expected for another month. This is just the latest issue as I have had other electronic issues with a new amplifier being non functional out of the box and it taking me throwing a fit with the service department to eventually getting it replaced.

User's recommendation: Buy a Harley instead.

Unhappy Customer

Indian Motorcycle - Unhappy Customer
I purchased a brand-new bike and needed forward controls and engine guards put on. I was told it would take about a week. A week had passed and I called and was told that the parts were in, and they should be on and bike ready the following week. I called the next week due to not hearing back and was then told that they didn't have the parts and that they were on back order and should arrive beginning of June. WHAAT?? I purchased on April 30th it's now May 12th and I'm making payments on a bike I have yet to ride and was lied to. My experience with Indian dealership has been HORRIBLE. I also purchased clothing which they messed up and I'm still waiting for my refund. All around not happy.
