Worst service, didn't deliver the birthday gift and cancelled the order at the end of the day on their own. Never picked up the calls or replied to any mails
Worst service ever, no way to communicate with them and no way to get a refund as they cancelled the order on their own, destroyed the occasion and I felt humiliated in front of the person who this was supposed to be a birthday gift. She waited for the whole day.
Utterly disappointed with you people, the call stays on waiting for hours and no one ever picked up and replies to any complaint messages or mails. There's no way on the app to get a refund.
Reported the app on Google pay and will sue you people for playing with people's emotions. These are not just gifts but are a form of our love on a special occasion for a special person and your pathetic delivery service ruined it all!!!

Bad Service
Order placed on 4th Jan'24, was supposed to be delivered on 27th Jan'24. No information about the order till the delivery date.
A special occasion was missed because of incapability within IGP.
After follow-up got to know that the order is processed and will be delivered within next 2-3 days.
Still no where I could find the order.
Again, after follow up on 29th Jan'24, customer service informed that the refund can be issued because IGP is not capable of delivering the order (which it boasts of).
Haven't received the refund, nor the information about the refund.
Very pathetic customer service IGP. Didn't expected such failures from a brand like IGP
