Indestructible Shoes

My husband received these shoes as a gift, wrong size so we wanted an exchange. We have bought these before he likes the boots.

So we contacted them to return for exchange. First they told me to send back to warehouse in China. Priced that out double what kids paid for boots, not doing that as we have to pay for return. So reached out again and they said ok you can send to our US warehouse.

I'm in Canada so was filling out customs for and needed phone number. Contacted Indestructible they said we don't have phone number. So I just thought this is weird and googled address it was being sent to, and it is a house that is listed for sale in Sacramento,CA. So contacted customer service again and called them out on address and no response.

We really like the shoes but they lack of customer service is BS.

Especially when it is posted on website no worries exchange easy, Lies. The Ceo should be embarrassed to have his name affiliated with such a company.

I have proof of all my correspondence with their so called customer service.

Do not buy these. They claim you can return the shoes, but their policy is within 30 days in the original box.

Easy right, except they do not arrive for a month, so their return policy of 30 days is void by the time you try them on. They offered 40% off the next pair, even after I said the shoes are terrible. This took a month to even get someone, and they just keep repeating the same thing.

Buyer Beware of this and read the BBB reviews. They do this to everyone plus when you review their shoes per their email, they will only put it on their site if it is a good rating, so they are also scammers.

I purchased shoes they took a month or more to come they were to small when I received them so I sent them back. I had to pay like $25 to send them back they didn't give me a return slip.I received the second pair and the left shoe was smaller than the right shoe but they both had the same size in the tag.

I requested a refund at this point and the company emailed me saying I had to pay for my own shipping bk again and a 5 or 15% restocking fee or if I didn't wanna go threw the return process they would give me half my money bk to keep the mix match shoes. Thr company is a get over just ridiculous I would've never trusted them with my money if I knew better

This experience has been a complete nightmare! Your company has ripped me off.

I own a pair of shoes that don't fit, and I can't get a refund. Lesson learned I guess. If I had known it would take 3 weeks for shoes that don't fit and how I would be treated by your customer service, I would never had made my purchase. Don't worry I am getting the word out and I will make sure everyone knows what kind of Business you are running.

You have no management to talk to?

That's what I have been told by your customer service.
