Even use profanity in front of children. Good products though.

PAID AN UPFRONT FEE FOR FUTURE SERVICES FOR MY CASE. THE JUDGE DISMISSED MY CASE,PARALEGAL SERVICES WERE NOT RENDERED BY MR BINFORD.ASKED FOR THE RETURN OF MY UPFRONT FEES.MR BINFORD STATED THAT HE SPENT THE MONEY,AND THAT HE NEEDED A LITTLE TIME TO GET THE MONEY.I HAVE CALLED EVERY MONTH FOR A YEAR,AND STILL NO RETURN OF FEES PAID, NOT EVEN A PAYMENT TO ME.HE ALWAYS STATES THAT HIS BUSINESS IS SLOW ,OR HIS INVESTMENTS WENT BUST,THE LAWYERS THAT HE DOES WORK FOR IS ILL AND HAS NOT GOTTEN PAID.
MR BINFORD WAS ADAMANT THAT THE RETAINER FEES NEEDED TO BE PAID UPFRONT,SO THAT ALL MY PAPER WORK WOULD FLOW SMOOTHLY WHEN THE COURT REQUESTS A DOCUMENT.MR BINFORD TOLD ME THAT HE HAD BEEN STIFFED BEFORE ON HIS FEES,BY OTHER CLIENTS AFTER FILING DOCUMENTS FOR THEM. THIS IS THE TRUE DEFINITION OF THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK.

paid for services up front, judge dimissed the case. Mr BIMFORD a paralegal who owns the business,has not refunded the money,claiming he spent it and you will just have to wait until i can pay you,because my business is slow.
Have spoken to him over ten times,wont even pay it back in payments.Mr Bimford was adamant that he paid up front for his professioal service,claiming that he had suffered losses from clients who stiffed him.
THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK he claims that his business is slow and cant afford to pay me,or the attorney that owes him money has not paid him. Yet he is listed by DUNN AND BRADSTREET AS PARTNER IN THREE DIFFERENT BUSINESSES.

I wish I would of seen this post before I gave him a full payment. He's doing the same thing to me.
I ended up calling him the following week to cancel the job but come to find out he already cashed my check!!! He never even started the papers!!
He called me today and told me that it's gonna take him 2 months to pay me back!!! This an need to be stop!!!

why doesnt this surprise me,another person taken advantage of while they are in a stste of need, NEVER FULLY PAY UPFRONT FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. I LEARNED THIS LESSON THE HARD WAY LIKE YOU, TAKE THIS PERSON TO SMALL CLAIMS AND GET AND TRY TO GET A JUDGEMENT. the cost for small claims is minimal,and most judges are sympathetic to people taken advantage of by people in the legal profession.
I FIND YOUR STORY HARD TO BELIVE,HOWEVER IF ITS TRUE, THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THER THAT HE HAS ALSO CHEATED..... START CHECKING WITH THE B.B.B IN YOUR AREA,ALSO CHECK AND SEE IF HE HAS ANY LEGAL JUDGEMENTS FILED AGAINST HIM. :roll :eek

WHAT DID YOU EXPECT FROM A PERSON THAT THINKS HE IS A LAWYER. I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FROM YOUR AREA,FIND OUT IF PARALEGALS ARE LICENSED BY THE STATE AND FILE ON HIM.
YOU CAN ALSO TAKE THAT SCAMMER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT,TO EXPOSE HIM FOR WHAT HE REALLY IS.... GOOD LUCK
