SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY
- - They didn't show up and gave no notice.
- - They said the truck broke down and it would be the next day; later they refused a refund.
BOOKED A WEEKEND FOR THEM TO SHOW UP, HAD TO GIVE THEM 2 DAYS TO ARRIVE. THE FIRST DAY THEY DIDN'T COME, NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL TO TELL US THEY WEREN'T COMING.
FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE AND WAS TOLD THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND THEY WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT DAY. NEXT DAY SAME THING NO SHOW/NO PHONE CALL/EMAIL. WHEN WE SPOKE TO SOMEONE THEY SAID IT WAS DUE TO COVID, ASKED IF WE COULD FOR SURE HAVE SOMEONE THERE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T GUARANTEE IT BECAUSE THEY HAD NO TRUCKS IN THE AREA.
TOLD THEM I WOULD HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE SINCE I HAD TO BE GONE BY THAT SATURDAY.
REFUSED TO REFUND ME THE MONEY BECAUSE I CANCELLED THE MOVE. I DIDN'T CANCEL THE MOVE THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP!
