All Around Horrible Experience

I found a car online that I've been wanting for many years. It was well taken care of, runs, &; available for a decent price. It is now a classic. Contacted the dealership, & provided a down payment. I was giving 2 weeks to pick up the car or lose my down payment. One week later, I flew from Colorado to Washington to pick up the car. Considering it was at a dealership, I had no reason to believe it wouldn't be serviced, & detailed like I was verbally told it would be. Salesman also said it runs really well, & the tires aren't brand new, but still have plenty of tread on them. Once I arrived in Washington, I called, & asked for a ride to the dealership, & was denied. I walked for almost an hour, & down a highway before calling again, & insisted on getting picked up, or just lose the sale. Once the salesman picked me up, he then (while driving) called his wife, & let her know he would be running late for their shopping. Once we arrived at the dealership, I was given attitude when I wanted to (obviously) inspect the vehicle, & also received additional attitude for wanting to test drive it. It was not serviced, it was low on fluids, car was clean, but not dealership detailed, & tires were really bald, with hardly any tread on them what so ever. He refused to help me get a decent set of tires, & also refused to fill the gas tank. He then rudely agreed to fill the fluid's, & asked if it was ok to mix green, & orange coolant. I was then rushed through the paperwork, was told he couldn't give me the title, & it needed to be mailed to my home state, slapped a 3 day temp tag (during covid-19 pandemic) in the windshield, & rushed me out the door. My family has bought many cars from many different dealerships, & never have I experienced customer service like this. I ended up having 2 blow outs on the interstate, resulting in needing a tow truck. Here we are now 3 months later, still haven't received my title, & am unable to get plates for my vehicle. The dealership has been contacted multiple times, & they could care less. Also filing complaints about this company to the BBB, & FTC, along with a few other agencies, & contacting lawyer'for legal consultation

User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere for your new vehicle.
