I have lost out on jobs

Indeed has restored a backup to their server, which contains very outdated information. They now also require 2-step authorization, which sends a code to an outdated phone number.

The only way to rectify this is to call their customer support, which they don't answer or return calls. Indeed is a job seeker's nightmare, use any other website!

User's recommendation: Get away from indeed, they will rob you blind and lie. Here’s what they send you after an end dating you with nonsensical emails. They are incapable of thinking without a computer.

Indeed posts job offers that are outside of my expertise and experience

I signed on with INDEED job search with my specific job experience and work preference, but they continually post jobs on my Gmail that are not suited to me or that I am not qualified for.

No customer service from Indeed canada

Put my resume on indeed, applied to several jobs no respinse.

Then viewed my resume as employer would view it to see all my contact info blanked out and reference numbers blanked out.

Tried to make it so employers could see it but no option available.

Tried calling Indeed but bumped out to dial tone on automated answering system.

This is really bad

Skill test isn’t working properly

On the 2nd step applying for a job. It says y the company has sent you a skill test.

So I clicked on the link start test and automatically it says.

Thank you. The company will contact you.

And I havent even read the first question.

This same situation happened me at least 3 times.

I never saw that skill test which is sent by the company and the system made the evaluation automatically.

Terrible customer service - no one knows what's going there

We have been using indeed for 6 years spending $500 - 700.a week in job postings. For some reasons some tech guy decides to merge our company with some other company and now disables our company in posting.

It has been 6 days they still can't enable our account fully knowing they screwed up. Try getting a hold of the account manager, is impossible because they change daily.

Clearly their retention is terrible as they can't keep employees. So disorganized!

does not have customer service this site is a tyrant that charged my card for a service that I cannot access because they blocked my account after 1 unqualified candidate that I have rejected reported my job post.

Indeed even had the audacity to tell me that they are not for employers but instead they serve the candidates? so why charge the employers for posting jobs if you client are the candidates?

and what about those candidates that lost their opportunity because you blocked my company in favour of 1 unqualified candidate? INDEED has thrown those hundreds of qualified candidates chance to get hired because of 1 utterly unqualified vengeful candidate.

and why charge my card USD 120 for a service that I cannot access as my account is blocked??

i have sent you the screenshot over and over again to show you that i have no access to my account but you still keep charging my card.

INDEED is the worst and the most unprofessional no service non sense job platform that does not serve anyone but their racist and tyranny.

IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER AND KNOWS YOUR RIGHT STAY AWAY.

INDEED DOES NOT RESPECT CUSTOMERS RIGHTS. They charge daily for a job post that does not give any candidate.

I TRIED REACHING OUT THE CEO TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED AS IF AFFECTS MY COMOANY BUT OF COURSE THE ATTITUDE OF HIS EMPLOYEES REFLECTS HIS...HE DIDNT EVEN REPLY AT ALL
