New case didnt protect my phone
Bought case same day as phone on jan 26. Case advertises 6 or 10ft drop resistance. It fell from my hoodie pocket which is less than 3 feet because im 5'3 and my brand new phone shattered
Check my order status
My order did not arrive as expected and I call Incipio to see what happened and it appears that the package was lost. The representative promptly ordered a new one to be sent by 2day air. This was very very helpful.

My case for my LG v60 is not working right. Ppl say i sound muffled with the case on.
When No not buy this case the case is not attached to the phone I can talk on speaker phone with no problem. When the case is on people say that I sound muffled on speaker phone.

I called them once on Christmas Eve, and again on the 27th. I left my phone number both times and I have yet to receive a response. I want to register my screen protector and they don't have my phone on the list of devices (a Moto G6). Very poor customer service, if I knew it was this bad I would have ordered one online.
They make the customer pay for shipping for warranty returns
This is a lousy policy. I typically buy everything from Amazon, and (of course) this is the one time I didn't. I bought an Incipio Moto Mod directly from Motorola. It failed under warranty, and Motorola informed me I have to contact Incipio directly in Irvine, CA. Three phone calls later (I was disconnected twice), the rep informed me after a 15-minute hold they would look at it if I sent it in using their RMA form, which he would email me. He did so, and in order to return it, I have to create an account on their website (waste of time), and email them back pictures of the item before they will even send me the RMA (more time wasted). What a colossal waste of time. I did so, and am waiting for the RMA, which can take up to 5 days to be issued. Wow. This company sure isn't Amazon--or even on par with other companies I have dealt with. Doing business with anyone should not be this much of a hassle or this time consuming. Send me an RMA with a pre-paid shipping label in my email. It's that simple. Why so may hoops? Apparently that is too much to ask of Incopio. Everything moves at a snail's pace, their call center is understaffed (and I was hung up on accidentally twice in the queue--this is a trick CSRs who are under a lot of pressure to lower their call times can use to reduce the average duration of their calls--I used to manage a large call center), and the return process is a very time-consuming hassle. On top of this, the consumer has to pay for the shippng to send their defective item back, and they do NOT reimburse for this. This is utterly *** If you are thinking of purchasing an Incipio product, I would suggest you reconsider. The post-sale support is not what you can call good. Going forward, I am sticking to Amazon for tech purchases. If this had come from Amazon, they would have made it right for me, no question's asked, as they have done many times in the past 13 years. This will also be my last Incipio purchase. Posting here because people should know this company sort of sucks.
