My opinion
I have been paying $29.99 monthly for the virtual address service for approximately five years, in addition to an annual fee of $36 for the easy filing service. Today, I called to cancel the easy filing service, as I believe the pricing is somewhat excessive.
I feel that the company could have enhanced its offering by bundling the virtual address service with the LLC registration, considering that a business address is typically necessary. A virtual address, in particular, would be advantageous for businesses that do not operate from a specific physical location.

Whenever I called the Incfile customer service number, no one picked up.
It always went to voicemail. Definitely not good customer service.

They give u all these services but can not help in person! Everything is thing u ordered is thru other agencies which is impossible to contact!
U have to resolve all your problems yourself! Can’t even make a pdf file for u! Keep giving u same info! Customer service for the most part is terrible!
Wouldn’t recommend Bizet/Incfile to anyone new to the business! Still haven’t resolved my issue!
Been 10 days now for a stupid pdf file which they don’t have the technology to help! R u kidding!
