They don’t pick up the phone
I created a acc and Ive been trying to refund my payment however they wont pick up or reach back on any way so I cant reach out to them for a refund

I called IncAuthority using this website and all of a sudden I got my FULL refund that I was originally told would be impossible. Thank you PissedConsumer.com for being in existence...what a GREAT concept for a Company and this day and age is SOOO necessary with all the bull honky marketing scams and fake Companies online stealing our hard earned money. Bless your Company PissedComsumer.com!
Preferred solution: I need reassurance that they are not going to hold my LLC name hostage because I KNOW that Company name was available a week ago. I just want to make sure that my Farm name is still available to me.

SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY
I ordered an EXPEDITED LLC paperwork for my Farm in Maine. I called and CANCELLED my order in LESS THAN 24 hrs and since then i have spoken with their reps 4 or 5 times and they ALL said my FULL refund was on its way.
NOW today over 12 business days later i STILL have no refund and their rep Kimberly Wright just told me that they CANNOT refund the $177 to me because they already sent off my LLC order to the State of Maine...LIES!!! NO WAY did they send anything in less than 24 hours which is when i called and CANCELLED my order.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...COMPANY...TOTAL SCAM...State of Maine has a 15 day turn around on LLC paperwork and you can get it in 24 hrs if you pay another $50...INC AUTHORITY'S expedited process is 60 DAYS!!! LIARS AND SCAMMERS...and Kimberly Wright HUNG UP ON ME!!!
