Upton Riverside is not the place to use if you need short-term care with your teenager who wexperienced a difficult time with my experience you need to love a child you can just throw them in a valuation for meds or something. If you get advice from an outside therapist you're accused of therapist splitting but the correct definition is badgering into in something each therapist to one another.

The staff are very young and very inexperienced need for the training in how to really and not just institution them. My family therapist that was assigned to me was very passive aggressive in a very sweet and manner but was very very inexperienced book smart yes but experience no I recommend wayside or Southbay this is not a place to take any child it will be morr traumatized

Most in Home Senior care companies is all about their making money. They will send inexpierence care giver which don't even know how to lift or help a person to get out of a chair let alone keeping the person dry or taking them to the bathroom.

They spend most of their time on their cell phones and watching TV and not interested in caring for the senior. Reporting it to the office don't help, they just send someone else just as bad as the person before.

They are suppose to be a NON Medical company but it seem that they allow their care givers to do diabetic testing and give shots along with giving oral meds.

I had a experience with the care giver giving my father wrong meds at a wrong time.He was left wet many times

Stay away from in home care companies., most of them are not worth it and your loved ones are not cared for properly.

Put an add in the paper and hire someone with experience that you interview and do your own background check., then you will get quality people caring for your

i am an "independent" senior caregiver in nj. i totally agree with you!

yes those companies are indeed all about money and the reason mist of those aides they send sit on their phones us becuz unfortunately, these aides hav been over worked and extrenely underpaid and they all hav "attitudes now". another thing is theyre taking it out on the wrong people like the seniors that need care. im sure u were charged alot of momey for these aides/their services however..wgat u dont know us the aude is probonaly making between 7 to 10 dollars an hour and thats gross pay!

the companies pocket the rest. go with an independent aude with refwrences that cares.
