No one will contact you to help you to get your account set up property. If you can't get the website to work with you, to bad, you are on your own.

User's recommendation: If you have a choice of phone service, Choose another company.

Customer Service Support is terrible.

I have tried for days to get a customer service support to help me with setting up my account with no success. What do I need to do to get adequate service. I can see that I'm not the only one having issues with this company.
