Impulsedriven.com Impluse/Gamestop

I bought a game from this company and it did not work properly with my Windows 7 operating system. The advertisement had said it would work with windows 7. I contacted Impulse to ask for help and they told me if the game down loaded It Wasn't Their Problem! They kept trying to pass off the responsibility so I finally just demanded a refund. They refused to issue a refund and even blocked me from contacting their sales department anymore! What the *** is wrong with this company? 0 out of 10. Will never ever shop gamestop or impulse again. You can't even get a hold of impulse by phone.

Impulse Driven? Riiiight.

Perhaps it's my fault that I'm so upset, because when I see things like "digital download" and "impulse driven" I automatically assume that I may actually get what I wanted on the first try and in a reasonable amount of time! How wrong of me to assume such a thing! I prefer to do digital downloads for video games when at all possible, since you receive what you purchase much faster and, since I have the habit of losing disks, can easily access links to your games to download them again. I was THRILLED! when I found ImpulseDriven.com, since they were apparently an affiliate of GameStop, a popular gaming company I very much like. After finding out what they do, I'm shocked GameStop has soiled their reputation by associating with a company like this. I got home around 5:30pm and promptly logged into Impulse to purchase a game I had been wanting for some time. I ordered the game and was told that I would receive a confirmation e-mail and a download link. By 6:30pm I was beginning to wonder why I still had yet to receive my game. I checked my bank account at 7:00pm, only to discover that they had debited my account not once but TWICE for the game I still had yet to receive. By 8:00pm, with no contact from any customer service e-mails I was told would be quickly answered, I tried the office number. They were closed, no option to leave a message. By 9:30pm I was absolutely livid and shot off an e-mail telling them I did not even want the game anymore and would like to receive a full refund. Finally, at 6:00am the next morning, after I had given up on them, a download link arrived in my Inbox. Were my concerns addressed? No! ALMOST TWO WEEKS LATER, I finally received an e-mail back from the idiots over there. "We're sorry you had trouble downloading our games"
