Extremely Disappointed in Improve it Atlanta
They replaced the old roofing shingles on my home. I had no roofing leak before the new roofing shingles were installed but afterwards ii have three places where there are leaks only when it rains.
Would not recommend
Had roof installed followed by leak in two different rooms and a closet in my office. When it rains water pours out of a vent in the living room.
I have called the contact person several times and sent her photos as requested, yet no action or response to make repairs. This company made many promises to stand behind its work but have not done so once they were paid. Outside there are fallen air vents due to hammering and removal of old shingles and there are also new shingles that are loose and will ultimately wash down or fall to the ground.
I’ve exhausted hours trying to resolve these issues without success. I will seek help from my insurer, State Farm as a last resort.

Preferred solution: Make necessary repairs to prevent roof leaks, reattach loose shingles, and reinstall outside air vents that have fallen to ground from 20-30 feet above
Resolved: Gutter Mesh Broken Upon Installation
Problem was solved today (9/12/2016) by all named parties. The gutter mesh was replaced (as was the torn American Flag).
I would NEVER recommend Improve It Atlanta. We had new gutters, downspouts, and gutter "mesh" installed in March.
One of the mesh corners was not installed correctly (it is bent and lose). It sticks straight up and does not match the other corners of the gutter mesh attachments throughout the gutter system. It has actually shredded our porch flag by catching onto it repeatedly. We have contacted everyone at Improve It Atlanta at least 8 times since we noticed the flaw.
We have spoken to Carlos and Whitney repeatedly.
"We are repeatedly told "Someone will be out within the week." One even told us to "move that torn flag" from that area because it "is in the wrong place".....It has now been 6 months and repeated phone calls (to our original project manager, front desk representative, etc.)on our end, yet no one has corrected the issue. We simply want our warranty honored and our gutter mesh FIXED.
