Pending payments take forever to post

I love HEB who recently began offering this credit card, but I try to pay their new Imprint card off every week so as to keep our gas and grocery budget, and the payments take forever to postover a week sometimes. It is difficult to find customer service help as well. One example is that I put some car repairs on this card, using the full available balance, and then put most of my paycheck to pay it off the next Friday. The following week, I had no funds for groceries and gas bc I couldnt use the credit card, waiting day after day into the next week for the payment to post. My balance was $0.00 and my available balance also 0.00 for an entire week. Its an inconvenience trying to keep track of spending. Im going back to Amex where the payment posts same day, and available balance is back up to full limit same day.

I forgot to cancel after the trial and $99 was taken off my card so I called the same day after canceling subscription just to be told there was nothing they could do.. waste of money bs!

I don't think it's worth......

this imprint never informed you for next statement or send email of outstanding then suddenly charged interest. So guys beware that you receive emails from imprint about your outstanding

Unhappy with my experience using Imprint.com

I am writing to express my displeasure with my recent order of 100 customized dad hats. I placed the order in the beginning of April. When I was checking out, I paid $0.26 per hat for Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery of April 24th. I understand that with Standard Shipping, there is no guarantee of delivery date. However, when I checked the status of the order on April 24th, I was told that my product was still in production. If you're going to offer an estimated delivery date, the product should not still be in production on that estimated date. This is a bad business practice. Your company should try it's best to meet the estimated delivery date. You cannot do this if you are still in production on that date. Furthermore, the customer service reps told me I need to pay $350 for expedited shipping so the hats would arrive in time for my event. I was assured by multiple customer service representatives that if I paid the extra money, the hats would all be delivered by Thursday, April 27th, no later. It even says this in the service ticket. This was not the case, only 33 hats shipped and were delivered by that date. The rest came the following day. I am very unhappy with the way my order was handled and am requesting the $350 to be credited back to my credit card. If you are going to charge that much for expedited shipping, they need to arrive on the date they are requested. I feel as the imprint.com ripped me off and took advantage of my deadline. I would like to hear how you are going to remedy this situation. Lastly, the logo embroidered on the hats was crooked and I was told "that's the best we can do." Would not use again

Terrible Quality & Customer Service

I purchased 3 custom t-shirts from Imprint.com (24hourwristbands.com) in September 2015, but when I received them, the artwork and lettering on one of the t-shirts was not readable even though on their website it appeared to be perfectly clear. Because I wanted this t-shirt as a gift, I ordered another one in a different color and didn't initially complain about the poor quality. When I received the second order, the artwork looked as if it hadn't been completed - like it was only halfway done. I then sent the company a complaint about both t-shirts but never received any kind of response until a couple of days ago when I received an email saying the problem has been resolved and the support ticket has been closed. How can a problem be resolved if there's never any research or investigation into the problem? Buyer beware.
