I spoke with three different salespersons over the course of five weeks. Each one of them ghosted us and made promises they did not hold to regarding returning our phone calls and price quotes.

If this is how business is done on the front end of a $550k home purchase, I'd hate to sit back and see how the back end of their business is run1 I will tell everyone who asks not to deal with this dysfunctional organization.

No return calls
I purchased my site plan drawings and they went ghost. No contact with me in 3 weeks. I am unsure what to do next and I am very unhappy that I will not have a house on site this fall.

We ordered a modular home from Impressa Modular in Martinsburg Pennsylvania. We had a modular home before that we loved, and was completed and pretty near perfect.
Stay away from this company Promises made, many broken.
Terrible customer service (David Lippa) doesnt return calls once they have your money! Delivered a defective product with so many issues, including an irregular installed roof, open roof trusses, floors not finished, dry wall not done, cracked cabinets during transportation, that they would not take responsibility for, quartz countertop on floor, not installed On and on Stay away from this company if you want a nice home!
