Imports cd want send package that paid

I purchased stryper best of on the 15/02/2022 and the delivery date was 29/02/2022. Which i thought fare enough. For some reason i wated to find out how the order was going to my astonishment it hadn't even left there depo or campany and this is what they said when asked about the order. Usesully international orders leave tske 7-30 business days. We have bern experienceing delays in customs. If in a few days you have not received your order. Then reach out to get or recrive a refund That message is utally *** were on the tracking it hasnt even left and yes i sent a orful message Please can.you interfere with this The comkany is Imports cd.com

I had a customer service issue and emailed them at help@***.com Their website has no phone number or address listed. I got an email response but it was incorrect, saying they had cancelled my order due to insufficient funds. I looked at my AMEX credit card bill and found their phone number. I got their address from a google search. I called Import CDs and got verification that my order went through. I had also called American Express, which had verified that they processed the payment. The customer service rep at Import CDs said that my order will arrive in 5-10 days by US mail and that I will get an email when they have shipped it. We shall see. Contact them here: (855) 258-**** 740 Hilltop Drive, Itasca, IL 60143

They need to post their phone number, address and customer service email prominently on all their pages of their website. And add a customer service guarantee.

Wrong cd , obviously wrong, sent.

And this after an almost 3 weeks wait.

DORDERED CD ON SEPT.25,2020. HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND RECEIVED NO ANSWER...OR EMAIL. THEY ALREADY TOOK MY $94.11 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CD.

I Thought this was a good company to buy from unfortunately if you haven't received something you ordered from them well you're out of luck. No phone contact they take forever to get back to you if they even feel like getting back to you. I made a big mistake buying from this overseas outfit i'm done outta here !

Ordered a CD on May 27th - have heard NOTHING!

Hello! I placed an on line order on May 27th and have heard nothing! I have filled out their form several times and have also emailed them a few times and have had no answer. I am going to complain to the BBB now.

Very Slow shipping, no tracking #?

Ordered through Amazon. Tried to cancel before shipment and found out the next day it was shipped and charged to account. This company offers no tracking on orders and shipping can take 7-30 days. Did some investigating and found out some interesting information. The address they are using to ship from is... ImportCDs.com DirectToU, LLC Alliance Entertainment also the #SDF7 Amazon Fulfillment Center 300 Omicron Ct. Shepherdsville, KY 40165 United States Seems odd that these companies all occupy the same warehouse. The shipping is not guaranteed by them but there is fortunately a timetable set by Amazon. Still waiting to see if it arrives before that date.

Hello Bill! I told you that I made a purchase ten days ago from the same company, they still do not send me a product tracking number.

I don't know what happens and I'm interested in knowing how you did with this matter. For me it is more complicated since I am from Chile and I cannot find a contact number for the company.

The important thing is to know if the products arrive. Cheers!

Incompetent

Every time these clowns send you the wrong order, they send yours to someone else, so they mess up 2 orders. Then they email you a return shipping label, cancel your order and hold your money until you return their mistake back to them. You don't get a refund until they get their package back. Its that great, now you get to do their job, including driving to the post office. Why would they make an effort to be more efficient if their only obligation is to email you a label. Their prices are not what they used to be anyway, so I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Beware claims of "Fast Shipping"!

On April 23 2015 I ordered a Kendrick Lamar CD from this company through amazon because their price was good and they promised:"Tracking included on all domestic orders. Fast Shipping and 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed." However, it was only AFTER I placed the order that I reeived the notice that the CD could take up to three weeks to arrive! This is NOT "Fast Shipping" from Kentucky to Georgia! And the tracking is a joke: my last USPS tracking notice was 5 days ago. I started to write a bad review on amazon and then deleted it because I wanted to stick to the facts, but after deleting it I apparently can no longer write a review of this company on Amazon. I wrote them twice to express my displeasure. The first time I received a form response and the second time I received no response at all. Whoever heard of it taking 3 weeks for a CD supposedly in stock to travel approximately 500 miles? I certainly recommend never using importcds for any reason.
