This finance company enjoys taking advantage of its customers. First, they decided to charge customers who pay electronically with their bank accounts, a $6.00-$7.00 technology fee. We have been customers for over 4 years and never have been subjected to any fees. If you pay with your Debit/Credit Card, they will charge you a $12.00-$14.00 technology fee just to process your payment on their website. On top of that, if you decide to use their Auto Pay, this finance company contracts a third party to process those payments, who will charge a processing fee as well. Of course, the fee is a mystery since it is not disclosed on their website. It is not safe to mail them a payment since there is so much identity theft occurring. We will not be renewing our policy if IPFS finances it. When we recently renewed our policy, these fees were not included.

IPFS website was down for maintenance on my bill due date and I could not make a payment online however the website allowed a grace payment period the following day to correct the problem for their system being down ! Like

Can't make due payment online today because your website is down. I also tried making a payment by telephone.and every credit and debit card was not accepted due to technical difficulties

"Can't make due payment online today because your website is down". I also tried paying by telephone and your automated system could not process any of the 3 credit and debit cards that I entered !! You also do not have anyone in your offices to answer the phone. Will I be charged a late fee for not paying on time today due to your system being down for system maintenance and not able to accept payments ???
