I don't hired Impeccable Credit Services in September of 2021 in hopes to repair my credit. Ms.

Vanessa Perry, the owner, gave me a great pitch and was extremely confident in her services, promising that credit repair letters would go out the same day that payment was received. Thirty days after hiring Impeccable Credit Services, I contacted Ms. Perry, and informed her that the credit bureau had not received any credit repair letters from her company. Ms.

Perry advised me to wait forty-five days for the letters to reach the credit bureau. On the forty-fifth day, I reached out to Ms. Perry via email, with no response from her or her office. I proceeded to call her office and leave a message which did not yield a response either.

I am a member of the armed forces, currently deployed, and unable to visit Ms. Perry in person or communicate with her on a daily basis to ensure she was making progress on my credit repair case. When I finally reached Ms. Perry, she stated she would return my call, but that was not the case.

At this point it was necessary to reach out to all three credit bureaus to ensure credit repair letters were sent and received in my name. They guaranteed that no letters or open disputes had been made in my name to date. I felt ignored and unrepresented because of failed attempts to reach and receive a response from Ms. Perry.

After paying Ms. Perry and Impeccable Credit Service $1000 and seeing my credit score descending with no positive results, I decided to reach out to the BBB to see if this matter could be resolved. Once Ms. Perry received the complaint from the BBB, she contacted me and, in a threatening tone, called me a liar and was reluctant to resolve the matter.

It is now months later, and I have not been refunded for the $1000 I paid Ms. Perry up front, nor have I seen any results that have improved my credit report. My goal was to resolve this issue with a professional, but Ms. Perry has proven to be rude and dismissive when angry.

I am writing this as a cautionary review to share my negative experience with Impeccable Credit Services and their owner, Ms.

Perry. I implore you to pay attention to previous reviews that have similar complaints of this company.
