Inability to get a parking ticket
- - No service or machines, and three people couldn't buy a pass.
- - Paid $81 for 40 minutes at $2/min and received a $98 ticket with only a $5 reduction.
I went to one of their lots next to a forest with no service. They had no machine, and three different people, including myself, had three different service providers.
None of us had service, and in turn, no way to connect online to purchase a parking pass. I then got a $98 ticket after 40 minutes of being parked. They wouldn't void the ticket and just reduced it to the one week or less payment cost with a $5 reduction. I paid $81 for 40 minutes of parking.
$2 per minute.
They need to install proper machines. Felt like a setup.

Billing issue
- - The cancellation policy caused frustration.

- - Emails bounced when I tried to cancel, and nothing was resolved.
I am extremely frustrated with the cancellation policy.
I don't even use the parking service, yet I have been paying for it, which makes me very upset.
Additionally, when I tried to contact via email, the emails bounced back, making it difficult to cancel.
It took considerable effort to find the phone number and finally speak to a representative.
In the end, nothing was resolved.

To extend parking

I unexpectedly had to extend my parking due to a cancelled ferry. I had not left my number to get an automatic request to update my parking.
I could not find a number to call or get through with anyone who could help me update the parking. I tried to, download a parking app and that was not successful because of Internet and Visa problems.
In the end, my son had to extend my parking by starting a new payment for $18 which meant I was double paying for parking. There should be a number where someone can extend the parking in these cases.

Received a parking ticket in a medical facility parking garage during a two hour appointment. No time ticket was given when I entered (no gate) and no notification to pay anywhere.
No gate or place to pay when I left. Totally confused.
And now have been on hold collectively for over an hour. I'm just looking for more information so it doesn't happen again as we have one more appointment at the same facility next week.

I had forgotten my glasses and had trouble entering the correct plate number

Payed for monthly and didn't receive the window sticker
Not happy I have to pay every day for parking that is already payed. I'm I going to get the sticker and the 13 day of double payed parking .
