Ive been shopping at this store for everything gun related for the last 6 years. Ive bought 7 guns and a bunch of ammo, mags and other stuff.
They USED TO BE a bunch of decent guys. I dont expect people to kiss my *** but I treat people with respect and I expect at least a little courtesy in return. I ordered 2 guns from their website, never received a call saying they were ready for pickup. I go in to pick up my guns after checking online and found out they were delivered 2 days prior.
The sales guy had a bug up his butt about something, seemed like the type that was perpetually that way. Anyway, he charged me another $75 (transfer fee) to sell me 2 guns I was buying FROM THEM. I ordered another gun a week later, found out it was delivered, go in to pick it up. There were 3 guys standing behind the counter, chatting, and NO customers in the store.
I told one of them my name and the gun I was there for. He tells me the gun is here, but I would have to come back, because it wasnt checked in yet, and I would get a call when it is ready. WTH? 3 of them sitting on their backsides, not doing anything, and not one of them can check in my gun, whatever that means, and give it to me???
Fine, so I go home and wait for the call, theyve only had it 2 days now, still no call.
Screw it, after reading the other reviews, its apparent that they dont want our business. So Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Online, I ordered a handgun from Impact Guns (pictures attached) for my wife's birthday. The gun was shipped to our local FFL.
After we got the gun home we were disappointed because it was dirty and clearly fired more times than would be expected for the factory test. Furthermore, we'd expect that the factory would be very concerned about delivering their guns as clean as possible...
I sent two emails to Impact Guns and got no response, so I finally called. The person who handled my call was very "dry/flat". I asked if they had received my emails which had pictures of the gun as we received it attached (see below).
I was told that the gun was sent to me as it was received by Impact Guns from the manufacturer, but there was zero satisfaction from my perspective because there was no evidence that he checked anything while I was on the call and his answer seemed rehearsed and annoyed. He indicated that "colored" guns often had this problem. And he went on to suggest that I contact Smith and Wesson regarding the dirt/wear that according to the Impact Guns' representative was only caused by the factory test firing. I expressed that I understood, and expressed that I was not happy...
The next day I decided to take the gun to a local gun store to obtain accessories for my wife and to solicit the opinion of their gunsmith as to whether or not the gun was used.
My local gunsmith agreed that the gun had been fired more than he would expect for a factory test firing (but he assured me that 10,000 rounds hadn't been fired through it). He pointed out wear on the mechanism under the slide.
I told him that Impact Guns told me to call Smith and Wesson regarding the condition. My gunsmith just laughed, stating "they're not going to do anything"...
My best guess is that this gun was actually a return and therefore should have been listed on Impact Guns' website as open-box and the price should have reflected this fact.
Beware: Impact Guns' definition of "new" may well not be the same as yours.

No complaint, just checking on status of my order. Status updated, order has arrived. Very pleased with service by Impact Guns.

So upon finding the item I wanted on their website I check out using a different billing and shipping address (Their site allows you to do it that way) and they refuse to process the order. When I called and asked why they wouldn't ship the order they said "because we aren't a distributor." Okay?
So why do you offer to check out that way on your site??
Number one rule of sales is TAKE THE MONEY! And since they don't want your business I suggest you take it elsewhere!

Fedex made the delivery tonight ,opened the box noticed the sig seals on the box were cut proceed to open the box to fine everything but the optic in it. How can the shipping dept let that go out??????
Let's see how fast there customer service takes to resolve this. I know there customer service sucks !!

Have never received a single reply to any of my inquiries. Ordered handgun I was told was in stock, it was fully approved for sale in Massachusetts, FFL dealer here was top of their list.
Waited a week while status said pending, asked for an update (no response), few days later, received email stating order was cancelled, no explanation. Have tried to contact them twice to see what went wrong and no response. My account also still shows that they are charging me for shipping the gun they never shipped!
These people are worthless, wish I had read their negative reviews before trying to do business with them. Stay away, not sure how they remain in business.

I waited two months for a rifle that never came. I ask for refund on 5/28/20 and my refund has not yet hit my account.

Scorpion P938 Review
I purchased a scorpion p938 and I am not happy that the finishing is wearing off way to easy. Not a fan at all.
The gun itself is awesome.
The price I paid for the gun this should not be happening. I am sure this might be my last Sig.
IMPACT guns
I ordered a gun from the website in March of 2013. Wait time on the website stated, "6-8 week" waiting period for back order.
2 months later I call to check on the status of my order. The internet sales genius then told me it would be another 6-8 weeks for the shipment. I call back, now 4 months later to check on the status of the shipment and am told by the company that there is "no time frame for when the shipment will arrive." Had they have told me that to begin with I never would have bothered.
Needless to say, order was cancelled. Never do business with IMPACT guns.
IMPACT GUNS RIP OFF
The worst experience I have ever had with a Gun Dealer. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE unless you like getting ripped off.
I bought a pistol magazine that said it was IN STOCK READY TO SHIP, and it was not, waited 2 weeks for the item to arrive and it was USED and worn.
No doubt it was used. So I call, and I get hung up on by the first person, and the second person Brian Kirkendall, a Executive Sales Manager (ex vacuum cleaner salesman) laughs at me, rips me off, then laughs at me.
This is what you can expect from Impact Guns, the last Owner was arrested for threatening someone with a weapon. These people are not fit to hold a business license.
