Horrible service

I ordered two pizzas for pickup I went to pick up my pizzas walked inside and no one was around I waited approximately 5 minutes and then I hollered to the back hey I'm here to pick up my pizza no response I did this every couple minutes for the next 10 minutes no response finally I hollered to the back I'm going to go out and get my phone maybe if I call you you will answer went out to my truck got my phone walked back in and as I was standing at the counter a young girl came out to change the trash I asked if I could pick up my pizza and she walked back into the back without saying anything however I noticed she had ear plugs in her ears for the radio so I hollered out in the back one more time hey I'm here to pick up my pizza and then a guy comes walking to the front I said hey I've been waiting for 15 minutes I want to pick up my pizza and he pulls the earbuds out of his ear also she said sorry what so the two people that were in the store couldn't hear the customer whatsoever I waited over 15 minutes just to pick up my two pizzas they weren't good and hot and I'm just not satisfied with service like that that's horrible

Horrible manager/ extremely horrible service

Ticket 109 time 9:51p 08/22/23 male manager. I was given a xl bacon/hamburger, I ask for a bacon/hamburger/ouion/mushroom

I ask for meat sauce for my garlic bread, a female took my order, this was pick up because it was in route I will never go to this store again, the female apologize for messing the order up, I ask to speak with the manager he tells me it all on me because I took the order when u repeated, I told u didnt repeat anything, u ask my name and said xl large right, I told him Im not satisfied and tell me he can replace or remake the order because I left with the food, this man doesnt deserve to be a manager at all, and he had the nerve to keep laughing, and tells me they gave me what I ordered, I get they are close to closing time, but this is just horrible service all they way the female at least admitted she messed the order up, which was nice, I will never ever go to this store again nor would recommend anyone to go there, he doesnt deserve to be nobodys manager 3422 s jefferson

Manager refused my service dog entry

Imos Pizza - Manager refused my service dog entry

I went to MorganFord Rd location and was very rudely told to get out when I entered with my service dog. He had his bright orange service vest on with "SERVICE DOG" on both sides.

I told him that he was a service dog but the manager (I assume) still made us leave. I had to take him to the car and come back without him. What would have happened if I had a seizure. I planned my route from Massachusetts to Oklahoma to go through St.

Louis specifically to have my favorite pizza. This the worst experience at an Imo's by far.

I have not decided if I am going to make an official complaint with the ADA. Depends on how you guys respond I suppose.

Was told to kill my self from an employee over the phone

Manager told me to Jill myself and to get *** Refused to give me his name. He also called me a *** boy and continued to tell me to kill myself.

Called to place an order for pick up states so at the beginning of the conversation was asked (rudely) what do you want? Proceeded to try and order was interrupted by woman asking if it was for pickup or delivery , I stated that I had made that clear at the beginning , woman then proceeded to correct me !

I asked for her manager and she hung up. I called back , ended up with same person asked for the manager numerous times then was told she was the manager and she hung up on me again.

My husband and I have ordered here for the last two years and the customer service has been hit and miss , however this is the worst that we have been treated. We enjoy the pizza BUT DO NOT care for the customer service

Even if you did state pickup, maybe she didn’t hear you. When she asked all you needed to do was answer. Instead you behaved like an animal, “ I made that clear in the beginning...” you deserved everything you got.

My wife and I have used your company for the last two years that we have lived here in Newtown Saint Charles Missouri. Half the time the customer service is rude but weve overlooked that however tonight whenever I called to place my order I was very rudely interrupted numerous times when I initially called in I told the gal on the other side that I was calling for pick up, when to try to place, my order was interrupted.

I was wanting the large deluxe and to make half of it pepperoni, but she was not listening. In the middle of me trying to place my order she rudely interrupted me and asked me if this was for pick up or delivery. I stated to her that I had told her at the beginning of the conversation that this was for pick up she was quick to correct me and very rudely at that point. I told her I wanted to talk to the manager and hung up.

I called back, recognize that this was the same person that I had just talk to. You asked again for a manager repeatedly upon her laughing on the phone. She tells me that shes the manager and then hangs up. Generally, we overlook the rudeness of the employees there, and have always been satisfied with the food.

However, this is the last straw for us.

I look forward to hearing back in regards to this issue promptly. Thank you for your time.

Your manager is very rude and will not deliver to me and they do all the time

I called Imos to place a order and the manager said they didnt deliver to my house and I told her they have done it for a year and I said is there anyone else I can speak to other and she got very loud with me saying no there isnt in a very ignorant way so i just hung up and called pizza hut
