Annoying harrassment

i keep getting emails informing me of a due payment,one i don't have an account anylonger it ran out in january two th account was my dear late wifes account,which was included in her funeral,the phone was cremated with her,i contacted your customer service way back at the beginning of february and the female person i spoke to confirmed that i nolonger had an account, informing me to cancel the direct debit which i have done and have no intension of reinstating it.I just wish to god that they would leave alone to grieve over my late wife in peace thankyou. IMobile, publisher of AnyTrans, is dishonest

iMobile, vendor of AnyTrans, does not honor its pledge to provide a refund if not satisfied. Instead, it bombards you with messages to "resolve" any problems. Anytrans simply doesn't perform as advertised and iMobile won't refund my payment, instead insisting I must re-install AnyTrans and work with them, even after I've determined their software was not worth the trouble or my time. Don't do business with iMobile because their refund page at makes it nearly impossible to get a refund unless you spend hours working with them, and if THEY (not you) are not satisfied, you can kiss your money goodbye. The language in that page also makes it clear that the company is not familiar with the English language and so may not be real.
