I need somebody to call me. I am not able to get a hold of anybody.
I am not able to chat with anyone. I have issue with my order my phone number is 310-345-**** your Way of communicating with customers is poor and unacceptable

Terrible. What should have been so simple, wasn’t.
I emailed per tue Immi website, responded to your text and left 3 messages to no avail. The nutrition information is not clear. It does not state if the whole package is a serving size or a specific amount. Most importantly, it does not state how much sodium is in the packet and how much is in the noodles without the seasoning packet.
All products that I buy list this information. I had to buy them for the answer and yet the information that I was looking for was not listed. The noodles are disgusting and the odor is horrible as well. What a waste of 6/7 dollars.
Also, locating a phone number was extremely difficult and I’m not even sure that the number was correct because the greeting for the message does not state who it is/who you are calling. Would not recommend product.

Resolved: Stop STOP auto delivery: A continue effort to stop auto delivery
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It appears that the company has a long last stop my auto deliveries. Good product: However being remove fromfurther orders was unexpectedly difficult!!!Thank you for your assistance.

You are giving one the impression that the company is operating as an open-ended magazine subscription. Never ending.

Resolved my confusing issue
There was no easy way to change my shipping address when I was placing my my order, as I wanted to gift it for my Aunt. Immi reached out to me and made it happen by email.
Since theres not a phone number to contact immieats, it was a bit of a long process. I hope they fix this issue as it was time consuming and it could have been avoided if the check out process was clearer for this particular issue.

About noodles
The noodles were nasty I couldnt eat them I am 75 and never taste noodles this bad these are the worst I ever had in my lifetime I were disappointed in them even
