I had carpet cleaned for 3 bedrooms and an area rug. They brought in a machine and ran the hose up stairs and said they cleaned the carpet. no scrubbing just wet the floor and picked up the water. When the floors dried every spot that was there was before the non cleaning procedure was still there. They charged me $180.

User's recommendation: Find a carpet cleaning company that scrubs and cleans the spots.
