Tried to send this to customer support but their email for me to verify my email address never came through! I am using iMazing on Windows to restore WhatsApp to the same iPhone.
I successfully created a 27.9 GB WhatsApp.imazingapp package using Back Up App Data. WhatsApp has now been deleted from the iPhone as instructed in your WhatsApp transfer guide. When I select Manage Apps Restore App Data and choose the WhatsApp.imazingapp file, iMazing asks me to purchase a license.
Your March 2026 WhatsApp guide states that transferring WhatsApp this way is free. How can I restore my WhatsApp.imazingapp file without purchasing a license?

Disatisfied with the application

Basically iMazing is a complete ripoff - with NO customer service - stay away!!! I purchased the app to be able to download a hisory of text messages for a legal matter and it not allow the time frame to go back further than one week-

- - Windows 10 installer crashes with runtime error SWbemObjectSet: Invalid class.
- - No explanation for the error on the site or in searches.
I purchased my first copy of their software and downloaded it to my Windows 10 system. As I precaution I did this after a restart.
When I ran their installer it returned No results for "Runtime error (at 94:841): SWbemObjectSet: Invalid class" and crashed.
There is no explanation of this error code on their website nor on the web accessible through a Google search.
If their software is generating unusual error codes they should feel beholden to provide easily accessible solutions.
A utility that cleans up after their utility perhaps. I had expected much more from a copy with such glowing reviews

I need help!!!!!
- - Purchased a Spring 2024 license to recover texts for divorce.
- - Cannot log in; desktop app won't launch; needs March-to-now updates.
I purchased this app in the Spring of this year 2024. I have License Code.
My main purpose of buying this was to get my many texts from 2 years from my children for divorce purposes. I was able to do this back in March. I now need to not only update from March until now but get my Ex's texts to my lawyer. I tried for 3 hours to get back on to your app with no luck.
I thought if I paid for the license I would be able to get back on again. I downloaded the app to my desktop and it doesn't even launch.
I need assistance asap. Can you get back to me by text or email?
