Verified ReviewerI rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with iMark Infotech, I feel obligated to share.
- - Server migration caused outages and disruption.
- - Lack of accountability and resolution.
- - LinkedIn lead gen failed to deliver results; halted.
I hired iMark Infotech to provide services for multiple businesses, including SEO, LinkedIn lead generation, hosting-related support, and server migration work. Unfortunately, my experience became one of the most frustrating vendor relationships I have had in over 20 years of business ownership.
The most serious problems occurred during a server migration project.
Following the migration, my websites experienced outages, email services were disrupted, and critical business functions were affected. Instead of a smooth transition, I spent countless hours dealing with technical issues that should have been prevented through proper planning and execution.
What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability afterward. Despite repeatedly raising concerns with both staff and management, I never felt the company took full responsibility for the problems or the impact they had on my businesses. I did not receive what I considered a meaningful apology, resolution, or effort to make things right.
I also encountered billing issues that required correction and found communication increasingly difficult as the relationship progressed.
When concerns were raised, responses often felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented.
In addition, I paid for LinkedIn lead generation services that failed to deliver meaningful results. Eventually, activity on the campaign appeared to stop without clear communication or notification, leaving me questioning what work was actually being performed.
I understand that every vendor can make mistakes. However, business owners depend on their websites, email systems, and marketing providers.
When problems occur, clients deserve transparency, accountability, and proactive support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Based on the technical issues, communication problems, billing concerns, and lack of accountability I experienced, I would not do business with iMark Infotech again and cannot recommend them to other business owners.
- Fair prices
- Reckless with clients businesses and no accountability
Preferred solution: I have tried to resolve the issues with management, but they decided to ignore the issue and and also ignore me as the customer. At this point, the damages done are sever and we are not looking to get anything from them at this point.
