I thought this was an online chat with professionals when you feel hopeless. But these are not professionals, or i don't know by what standards they would be.

They close the chats and answer very short messages, not really focusing on what i said. I sent a text that was really sensitive and no response to what i said but i was asked to download their e-books and kept asking how reading it went, when i had just explained why i think that book is not relevant to me. The answers aren't professional, just some random people answering. And i wouldn't count that they keep the information private or delete it.

I feel even worse now after the chat than before. But i guess it's my fault for not reading these reviews before.

I spoke with someone and he/she was completely insensitive to the situation I was talking about.

I was talking about PTSD and trauma and they made it seem like I was crazy for mentioning it which I am not of course but there was something wrong with the person that chatted with me. How he/she spoke to me was not okay!

I wish this site would be shut down.

I didn't trust the person so I discontinued the chat.

You don't tell someone that has been mentally and emotionally abused that it is normal and it happens to everyone because even if it does, doesn't mean it's okay. And it doesn't mean the abuse I endured doesn't matter. And I shouldn't be treated if I was less like I was.

I mean this person was completely abusive to me and I never met him/her before.

Also I didn't do anything wrong and also this person made it seem like I was behaving like a teen when I am not. I am in fact a disabled adult.

I have autism and I shouldn't of been spoken too virtually in such a manner.

This site is not what they claim to be and they are the exact opposite. I am not crazy and the abuse was not in my head.

And what happened to me doesn't happen to everyone because each person has different parents and different forms of abuse and abuse is not normal and shouldn't happen to anyone.

Again I shouldn't of been treated like I was less than anyone else.

I hated the person I spoke with and I don't recommend this site to anyone. This is one example of why I lost my faith in humanity because this cruelty is a perfect example of what is wrong with this world.

I am never going to be going on this site anymore.

I can't trust people and be social if they act like this.
