Discussed in detail what we wanted in our siding job. After talking about how other companies sub their work, we got a sub crew!! They did a good job but if I wasn’t there all the things I discussed with Eric would not have been done. Things I specifically asked for were not completed despite the assurances they would. My advice: get in writing EVERYTHING; watch the work; hold back full payment till you are satisfied—I made a mistake here, thinking I hired someone who understood both sides of the deal.

We would love to have spoken with this homeowner about his or her issue with our company but unfortunately we where never made aware of any issue as we would have done everything in our power to make it right as we have done for the other homework that gave us a review on this website. this review was posted anonymous and we tried our best to find the homeowner to rectify the situation but we were unable to do so. Hopefully they contact us one day and we can discuss the issue at hand

Please disregard my initial complaint. The post regarding Imagine Remodeling Inc., was posted remature, as I did not give Imagine Remodeling Inc., sufficient time to respond to my complaint.

Imagine Remodeling Inc. was very cooperative and has since paid for the damages to my car, to my satisfaction.

I have tried to delete my initial complaint; however, www.pissedconsumer.com will not allow me to delete my initial complaint. Again, please disregard my initial complaint as it was posted premature.

Joe caused over $2,000 in damage to my parked vehicle and refuses to pay for it. Went to "his" body shop 20 minutes from my house four times with extremely poor results as he told them to just mask the issue as cheap as possible. He refuses to pay to have it repaired correctly when there is still visible physical damage. I have documentation of emails and pictures of the previous and existing damage. Absolutely unethical contractors. If they fix problems like this when the homeowner can see it, I can't imagine what they do on the roof with nobody looking. Completely disrespectful, poor customer service, and overall slimy contractor. Avoid these guys, they just don't do the right thing.
