Image solutions Apparel sells unsatisfactory products.

I ordered a set of uniforms and never got them. I called several times and finally I spoke with the manager Tom Wilkinson who finally canceled the order which was a lie. I had to e-mail and call several more times and I received an e-mail stating they had canceled my order again and that I would have the charges on my credit card reversed. I still have never been reimbursed my money and no one will call me back. This Image solutions Apparel company has no business claiming that "We want you to be completely satisfied with the products and services we provide, so if for whatever reason you are not pleased we will be happy to exchange, refund or offer store credit for your purchase (within 30 days, minus shipping/handling fees)." This was taken off their website and should be removed. If you do not want any problems stay away from this company. I have spoken with many people and I am not the only one that feels this way. Selling poor quality uniforms. Shipping and delivery were late.

Image solutions torrance SUCKS!!

The company Image Solutions Torrance provided terrible customer service. They are rude, dishonest, slow, and provide faulty workmanship. Owner Chris Kelly and Manager Tom Wilkinson are disrespectful in manner to their customers and clients. From my experience this is not even close to the truth.
