Probleme batterie

J'ai acheté chez Amazon un "Macwheel 28" Vélo Électrique, Vélo Électrique Assistance, Batterie Lithium-ION Amovible de 36 V/10 Ah, Shimano Dérailleur a 7 Vitesse, Suspension " en juillet 2021( facture en date du 8 juillet 2021). La batterie a pris subitement feu à mon retour de vacances lorsque j'ai voulu l'utiliser .
ce vélo est donc inutilisable ... et je ne sais si suite à cet incident le moteur est fonctionnel ou pas. J'ai contacté le service client Amazon qui est entré en contact avec le vendeur ' adresse ci dessous ) SHENZHENSHI LONGTONGKEJI YOUXIANGONGSI

Une batterie est au moins garantie 5 ans et ne devrait pas prendre feu comme cela... J'ai un vélo qusi neuf inutilisable...

Purchased a used folding LNE-16 electric bike my 10 yr old grandaughter was riding and the handle bars snapped off at the frame she was injured her chest hit the frame where the weld broke. I am trying to see if it is fixable.
I cannot find parts for this online. I wanted to know if the company has replacement parts.
It snapped at the weld where it connects to the frame. I would like to talk to someone about this issue but cannot locate a phone number online anywhere is there a customer support number?

I messaged the company on their customer service site twice and emailed their order department explaining the problem.
Their site promises a response within 24 hours.
Complete silence!
Apparently they have no intention to resolve the problem.
