There was a mistake in the prescription, I contacted Ilook to fix it, and I was told it would be fixed. There was certainly enough of a delay in sending them.

Once they arrived, I found I could see just as well without them. Useless.

They had not fixed the problem. Don't waste your time.

I had an old account and recently decided to make a new purchase.My account was linked to an email address that was compromised and had to delete the address.I tried for days to have Ilook change my current email address to my old account but they refused to do so.I dont know why but they wont let me access my old account and update so I can see my account info previous purchases etc.Great products no complaints but their csrs are appear lost and literally hung up on me on their live chat.

the tinted glasses are more harmful than just squinting. the UV protection is not suitable for actual use in the sun. do not use if you value your eyesight

i ordered 2 sets one arrived with 2 scratches they made me send the picture of scratches twice agreed for a refund finally and when i said that for simplicity since scratches are not in direct vision path they totally ignored me

I have ordered from ilookglasses.ca in the past, the glasses previously didn't have any defects; however, I ordered a new pair a few months back and had nothing but problems. Lens quality is okay, but they don't seem to fit and pop out easily.

The nose pieces that hold the frame have fallen off constantly. I requested a return as I was unhappy and they said the generous return policy doesn't apply. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer forever. I would have been willing to continue buying in the future if they would have taken care of me and accepted the return, because it was a defective part.

I don't expect perfection, I expect to be taken care of when problems occur. ilookglasses.ca doesn't take care of its customers, if they ship a defective part they want to keep your money and leave you with the bad part.
