Customer Support sucks
- Support is unacceptable and has no phone number.
- Email support responds slowly and provides no real help.
- The product is not working.
The support for this product is absolutely unacceptable. They do not have a support number and they take forever to even respond to the email support. We are left with a product that's not working and no way to get any real help./
HORRIBLE PROGRAM
- Installing plugins is extremely complicated.
- The program is seen as a poor tool and hurts workflow.
- Many in the music community share this view.
This program/license manager is the main reason I have thought about quitting music production. Installing plugins has never NEVER EVER been more complicated.
THIS PROGRAM IS AN ABSOLUTE PIECE OF GARBAGE. The people behind the user friendly aspect of it, have COMPLETELY MISSED THE MARK. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PROGRAM;. THE WORST THING TO HAVE HAPPENED TO MUSIC PRODUCTION WORKFLOW IN THE LAST DECADE.
Please feel free to look around the internet to see that this is a shared opinion in the music community.
YOU GUYS HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO. THIS IS HORRENDOUS AND A *** DISGRACE TO USE.
