I have been going to a place, which is a liquor store located on Cicero and 31st street, everytime i win and go to collect my winnings they always tell me that the lottery people just came and collected the money. They never pay anyone and this happens all the time with many people.
Please take away their license to sell lottery tickets! I don't win much but they never pay out!

What's wrong with this government
- - I've emailed the State's controller several times without a response.
- - The organization is described as mafia-like gambling for the government.
I have emailed the State's controller many times, and he has not responded back to me. If you loose money in the lottery machine they don't care at all. The organization is run like a mafia gambling for the government.
