Glasses were shipped, but the problem is they were never received. It was shipped to my daughter's house and California and she never received them.
The glasses were supposed to be shipped signature required for anything over your amount is these were $400 so the glasses are gone and they werent supposed to be shipped. I dont have the glasses I dont have the money not to cool . Under the circumstances it has nothing to do with your shipping service. It has to do with your customer service you shipped the glasses they werent supposed to be shipped I never received them I dont have them you owe me my money back if you dont honor this and we dont resolve this, Im going to start a dispute against you with my credit card company.
