Paid for next day delivery, 2 days later item still hasnt arrived

My order was automated to a next day delivery costing £5.99, I hadn't realised this until the order was placed, I accept this is ny fault...however its been 2 days and the product I ordered is yet to arrive.
I would like £5.99 refunded back to the card of payment as the service I paid for hasn't been honored.
