- - Home Depot says IKTCH is only a seller through HD and can't help.
They still do not answer their phone. I received a useless generated email response. They have no customer service.
IKTCH does not answer their phone, does not respond to emails, and their Chat does not work. I purchased a range hood thru Home Depot who basically said IKTCH is just a seller thru HD and thus they could not help with my issue. Buyer beware.
