Poor communication
- - Only communication was that the return had been received; no further updates.
- - The item wasn't sold by them; a 4.99 fee may apply to return.
The only communication Ive had from them was to say they had already received a return from me. They said that the item they received was not an item they sell and that if I wanted it sent back I had to pay 4.99 otherwise they would dispose of it.
I replied that I still had the parcel here and it wasnt being collected for a couple of days. Since then Ive heard nothing from them.
So very disappointed. Hopefully I will receive my refund.

I paid for next day delivery at 3.15 yesterday afternoon and my parcel hasnt arrived yet or I havent had any tracking through for my parcel
