Verified ReviewerNew Laser Engraver Stopped Working
It has been 3 month without a useable laser engraver with only false promises and no resolution.
When I received the product, there was evidence it was possibly used and resent out by Amazon. I wanted it, so I put it together and it worked. So I kept it. By the beginning of April, a month and a half old, problems started to occur.
I contacted SKIER at that time, and they seemed somewhat helpful.
After numerous times corresponding back and forth, a new z axis was sent. Didn't fix the issue, in the meantime the entire machine went down and is still not working. It has been almost 3 months now with an expensive laser engraver that has only worked for 1 1/2 months out of the 5 months of having it.
Their Customer Support has given me so many false promises they have run out of them.
The last one was the replacement part shipped and gave me a tracking number to something that shipped to someone across the other side of the U.S.
Still more stories from them that supporting their Customers is their number 1 goal. The latest response is another apology, and we will ship another part as soon as possible.
