Won't accept my payment
Won't accept my payment when it has always accepted my payment in the past, and I can't get a hold of anybody through customer service, so I'm really mad.

The same card I've been using for over a month now is not working all of a sudden. Please fix or contact me by phone at 540-487-****.
Troubleshooting
- - Hasn't worked well since day one; daily issues require target phone config.
- - Locking configuration would help; changes disrupt logs and features.
It hasn't worked 100% right since day one I've been using it a little over a month and every single day there's another issue where you have to get a hold of the target phone and do some kind of configuration or change some setting or something because something's not working right and then it might work for an hour might work for one refresh of the page then goes right back to some things work and some things don't or nothing works at all or the person with the target phone changes one little setting and throws everything off and you get no logs until you get the target phone and reconfigure it again which is a pain in the *** when it does work right for say overnight at the longest it works good it's got some good features to it but good luck getting all of them to work at the same time they need to have a way where you can lock the configuration settings in and they can't be changed
