Dissatisfied

Company is great, but bad selection of staffing. Ugly females like Gloria, do a BGV for her and the company will understand the background.

User's recommendation: Only after proper staffing.

I have raised a complain of missing item.Yet they have not responded or refunded amount.Very poor service

I had placed an order out of one item was missing.I had raised a complain with the customer care and mailed them all the suppourting documents but it seems they are not bothered and have yet not responded to the complain

Items were ordered. Things were promised for delivery on a set date. No delivery. Calls to customer care. Lies told by them. It's been ten days we are still fighting to get our items or our refund. Extremely poor customer care and my issue is not resolved yet, even after 2 months!

I booked many items worth Rs 7000 in Indian Ikea app Expected a delivery by last Sunday 27.06.21 And still haven't received the goods. Very poor customer care support. No response to mail. Not able to contact customer care representative through phone or chat. Not sure where to address. Please provide necessary support.

I'm from India. On24-6-21 we bought a product online ,the payment was done then before getting order details the page expired. We didn't receive any order details. We have emailed on website's mentioned address but have not received any communication back. Have tried using chat ,which is not working. Call also doesn't let us speak with any customer support. We are having a harrowing time just trying to contact IKEA.

Worst delivery and customer service

My delivery is delayed and everytime when I reach customer support team they says with in 48 hrs it will be delivered. Since 5 days they are giving the same answer. IKEA is least bothered to keep the customers updated about their order status. This is the last time that I am going to use ikea.

The delivery was in abu dhabi on 9th Aug 2016 at 21 muroor street in our apartment.

I bought a L shaped sofa for 2000 dhs with 150 dhs for assembly. The service guys assembled it incorrectly. Wrong side L. My husband told them to change it they said that the upholstery will be damaged. So my sofa is now a damaged one. My whole house is ikea. They did not even seem sorry for the wrong. So much for being a loyal customer. I am currently in india will be back on 23rd aug 2016. Hope to be contacted by ikea after 23rd aug 2016 if they care about their customers.
