Missed item

Missed to deliver sticks with the bed frame. I do not know French and they do not know English, How to communicate and resolve the issue?

Ikea in France

I recently shifted to a new house and ordered 5 wardrobes for my house. Since I keep busy I even ordered the fixing service along with the goods. The entire thing was supposed to be fixed on 16th August. A rowdy team arrived and virtually harassed my wife asking her to completely vacate each room and asked her to dismantle all the furniture in the room. She had to call me and when I rushed to home I realised that their demands were completely unjustified. There was enough place in the rooms to fix the wardrobes. i asked them to connect to the helpline who kept telling me that the team is right etc. I just asked him that give me the space requirement you have and I will provide. But looks like the team just didn't want to work. Maybe they had to hurry up or whatever and the helpline promised to me to send someone on Friday the 19th. When I check again on th 17th I realised that there is no info in the systems and I have to start afresh. Now they tell me that they will only tell me about the next possibility next week. BTW average waiting time for Ikea in france in 45 mins. So for last few days my house is in a mess, there is no response from Ikea and I really think I made a big mistake by ordering furniture and service to this wretched company. I posted on their facebook page for some help and instead they just keep hiding my posts. (So transparent!!) . I am really stuck and don't know what to do. There is a language issue otherwise for sure I would have takn these guys to some consumer forum in france.
