Incomplete order

Hello! I am sorry for not speaking French. I currently live in Mons, Belgium and I made an order on 4th of October from IKEA. Everything was fine and in place, but there is a carpet that I ordered that I haven't received it yet. I would like to ask you when will I receive it, because the automated email informed me that I would receive it with some other products on 5th of October. I received all the other products except the carpet. My order number was 122963**** and the carpet's code is 104.255.26 (Numero d'article). I hope that this is what you need.

Really not good.... Unable to get in touch directly with Ikea. Customer service (02/719.19.19) overwhelmed. I have tried to call 3 times in the past 3 days and each time I have been put on-hold for over an hour and I have given up in the end. Pls note that the number is not a free number, and therefore I have now paid more on phone bills than the actual item I ordered!!! No customer service email address available so the only way to contact them is by phone... I am now hoping Ikea will contact me when they realised I haven't received my order

User's recommendation: Put a customer service email back on the website to enable people to send emails instead of having to call...

Wrong design, incorrect manual

the pressure cooker is about the most primitive design yet to be shoved down customers' throats it is not only extremely heavy but also fiddly to use. the lid does not fit properly adn you need to fiddle around to make it close. it leaks at the side where there is a "safety" slot in the steel so that the gasket can blow out if all else fails. the picture of the lid in the handbook is mislabelled. It is unclear therefore what the various things are. you are instructed to use a ring spanner but only an open spanner works. the picture shows the spanner opening a part which should NOT be opened - the fiddly valve which is supposed to close when water starts boiling (but often does not) The result is that you have to take the whole lid apart and reassembly is not for the technically challenged. When taken apart, I found out that a silicon rubber O-ring was torn ... it is impossible to find a silicone O-ring of the same size - why silicone not viton?

Ikea Delivery Service Review

I waited for delivery for 3 houres as was stated in IKEA s sms. There was no delivery and no phonecall or sms. I want to stress that i had paid 89 euros for delivery service and took morning off my work. This took place in Brussels
