DO NOT EVER GO AND GET A PROPERTY WITH THIS COMPANY
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A CIN ARTIST LIKE THIS SIYANA THE BIGGEST THERE IS. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM 10 DIFF PEOPEL FOR ONE PROPERTY AND WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK. SHE GOES FROM ONE LOCATION TO ANOTHER. NO MATTER WHAT NAME THEY GIVE NEVER GO WITH THIS OR ANY LOW RATED ESTATE. ALWAYS CHECK THE REVIEWS!!

Took my £1800 to as a deposit and 1st month's rent from me. The long and short story is that 7months later nothing. No money no accommodation. I reported them the Property Redress Scheme who found in my favour and ordered them to pay my money back. Suprise suprise they still haven't. Funny thing is even the PRS compliance team can't get hold of them. Siyana is the ultimate fraudster. As at now search them on Google and it comes up as unknown. PRS says I may have to go to court but the question is who am I taking to court when the company doesn't seem to exist any longer.

They are a Fraud Agency
They take money from tenant pretending to be acting on behalf of the Landlord and then they disappear.

They introduced tenants and took deposit and rent from the tenants. Its over a month now and they are neither paying any money nor returning any calls. Initially kept on giving me silly excuses. I was talking to Siyana. I have heard that her boss is called Rahat. The limited company name is UK Estate Agent Ltd company no. 1146****. They are member of PRS (property redress scheme). So trying to claim money back through them. Also have notified police and Action Fraud. These type of people should be banned from this work forever.

They aint giving back our 2k which we had to pay them at first and then to landlord so we could move in to property cuz apparently they r so slow sending money to landlord and its 2nd month going

Liqama Quarters - they are fraudsters , cheaters
I paid holding deposit against a property in Barking . 1 week before my move in date , I found that someone else has moved in the same property . When I called them and inquired ,they had no clue and assured that they will take this matter with the landlord. They called back and said that the property was let directly by the landlord and they weren't informed. I asked for a deposit refund and even after several emails and follow ups I have not got it back(paid £644) . I tried calling the agent several times that I spoke with initially but she never answers my calls(Her name is Siyana) . I was assured twice,by their accounts department , that my deposit will be paid on specific dates . Both dates have passed and I still have not received my money. The most frustrating and annoying thing is they are not answering my calls, not responding on the emails . If possible , this company should be blacklisted so that one else suffers at their hands. I am not going to rate them because they don't deserve it .

Liqama Quarters are frauds and scammers
They still haven't returned my £450 holding deposit back to me. I called them and told them I want my money back. I'm furious with them. Its not right. Disgusting *** The police should arrest the lot of them for stealing peoples money.

Deceptive Company
I paid a deposit and one month rent advance on a property which Iiqama Quarters were acting as letting agency for the landlord. Two weeks later when it was time for my daughter to move in she was told the property had already been let out by another letting agency. Obviously I demanded my money back. These people had the cheek to tell me they’d subtracted £100 from the total of £1800 I paid as deposit and a months rent. O was really pissed but I thought I will just settle for the £1700 remaining. I have been exchanging emails and been calling them and yet my money still hasn’t been returned. This all began in mid May. They are the worst most deceitful company I have ever felt with and I’m 60. I wonder even if this company is regulated. I’m in the process of reporting them to the Ombudsman for this blatant attempted daylight robbery. My advice is be very careful before you part with any money to this company. I have numerous emails from them admitting they’ve have my money but just keep giving me excuses to pay.
