Fraudulent service
I purchased two services from this company and Fred Klapheke represents himself as the owner and I believe his brother Mark Klapheke of Omni Range is the other owner. Both are internet providers/resellers of cellular service for rural areas.
He has his brother send the equipment out and employs Ashley Brown from Omni range , which is his brothers similar business.
Fred Klapheke was helpful in the beginning when I decided to purchase. He sold me the top priced plan they offer, which he says is a Grand Fathered ATT unlimited, No data caps/ No speed limits/No Throttling. Per his website. I purchased one for my business and one for my home.
$150.00 each sim card per month. He also sold me about $500.00 worth of equipment of his , Antennas, cellular modems, and cabling etcthat I needed if I wanted tech support. Not having cellular service before via cellular modem I thought that would be prudent, in case there were problems.
After it was set up in worked fine for about a month then we starting having issues with the speed at the home Sim card and the TV would be pixilated. When I checked the speed it had dropped down to under 1 mg.
He promises no speed limits and a minimum of 10 mg worse case. It was obviously getting throttled service. This went on for months and months. Eventually the SIM card stopped working and I tried to contact him to no avail for a week or more.
He basically will sell you then not support the service. I emailed and texted and left messages for 5 days before he called back. He will act like he did not get the messages although he is a one man office and I had his cell phone and he would not answer texts either . He sent another SIM card finally after not having service for 10 days and would not give me a credit for those down days and mailed the card the slowest way possible.
This card worked for a few days and started doing the same thing.
This same thing duplicated on the Sim card for my Office. He claimed both times that someone sold him bad cards, which is a lie. I was without service for 5 -6 days at my office and had to take the sim card out of my home modem to operate my business since it is web based and phone VOIP. He is selling Unlimited cards that do not exist.
I have spoke to numerous tech companies that sell cellular service like he does, and they all say the same thing there is not an ATT unlimited / no data caps/ no throttled cards. If there were, ATT is shutting them off. This is what happened to me, but he would not admit that and continued to charging my card the full $150.00 per month ,other plans he sells that are limited plans are $70.00 a month. This is what I should be charged.
My sim card at home is still not working for over 4 months, just sporadically.
I left messages and text and email never get an answer. He will ghost you as I see on other reviews left by other customers having the same problem. He resorted to blocking my phone after I left numerous messages, and he still not has called me back to resolve. I had to call on my wifes phone to leave a message and still have not heard back.
He has an answering machine auto attendant when you call in, but he is the only one in that office, as he works from home. I had to resort to contact my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHARACTER, HE IS UNFIT TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. HE WILL GHOST YOUR CALLS/EMAILS/ LEAVE YOU WITHOUT SERVICE FOR WEEK AT A TIME UNLESS YOU REPEATEDLY CALL, THEN HE ACTS STUPID LIKE WHAT DO YOU NEED?
REQUIRES YOU TO PROVIDE THE SIM CARD NUMBER WHEN HE HAS ALL OF THIS INFORMATION JUST TO AGGRAVATE THE SITUATION. WHAT IS SAD I REFERRED HIM TO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS EARLY ON AND I WISH I HAD NOT.
