IHouseWeb non performance Theft
I Houseweb stole my money IT is my recommendation that NO ONE EVER USE THIS COMPANY! AFTER A telemarketer called me and said a person from your office would help me get started on a personalized web site. A person that did not keep our appointment. I never got support after IhouseWeb got my credit card number and money!
2. The telemarketer also said it may take a while for Z 57 to change over my web ID to you so it will be a while for my web site to come up live and be with IHouseWeb.
3. As a result I never had a web site with IHouseWeb up and running from your company.
4. This is a terrible way to run a business you make promises you don't keep. Your tech support doesn't keep their appointments and your accounting department steals people's money. I never had a test site to see if I liked it. I even asked the management to let me try the site to see if I liked it since I got taken for $49.00. Never got nothing from you just theft. It is my recommendation that NO ONE EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
