Need a power cord

I have needed an IHome power cord for like 2 months to no avail. Customer service is not people friendly at all or to even try to get somebody on the phone. Two months later I haven't talked to a human voice and the power cord I need is not listed. Maybe I'll try Bose home stereo docking system.

One of their phone cases broke my phone

Phone has to be replaced, $99 replacement fee. This is what I get for buying cheap cases

I had one of their cases for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it broke my phone. Instead of having the protection that it was advertising it did not protect my phone, but rather is the reason my phone broke how it did.
