IHeat boiler service failure

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • iHeat installed our boiler quickly and well; they couldn't service Wales despite reminders, and I'm unclear how repairs under their insurance work.
Updated by user Apr 13, 2025

It's simply the fact that, as I said previously, although I Heat supplied & fitted my new boiler perfectly satisfactorily, they cannot apparently supply any servicing where I live. My question then is - what do I do if there is a fault?; the supplier is supposed to be responsible, in Law; not the manufacturer. J.Morgan

Original review Mar 29, 2025

iHeat was very rapid & satisfactory when they installed & supplied our boiler a year ago. However, despite sending constant reminders that my service was coming up, it turned out that they couldn't carry out a service in my area (West Wales), I wish they'd made this clear at the time.

I'm not sure now what happens if I need repairs on the insurance that they have set up for me. J.Morgan
