Hello, i placed an order for 2 body suits on july 2nd and i still have not received my package, online it said it would take 5-10 business days however it is currently July 29th and My order is marked as delivered but i have not received it.

My outfit won't be here on time and I was willing to pay extra for it to come the next day

I was told that Im going to get my refund and or just cancel my order to re order again to pay for faster shipping. I contacted u guys through email and they told me since its not been send out or delivered yet that u can get a refund and just re buy it with paying the extra for faster shipping.

And then the next time yall respond to me in the same day was its already been shipped right after telling me it hasnt been. And now I got this outfit that I cant wear for tonight so I want a full refund

I paid for "overnight shipping". They shouldn't advertise and have you pay extra if it's not going to be sent "overnight".

Shoes haven't moved in 12 business days.

I ordered shoes the 23rd of November I believe and it is the 10th of December. They stopped moving the 30th of November.

It has been 12 business days without moving.

I called FedEx and they informed me that it should have passed to a local USPS to move. It has not, I would like to know when my shoes will start shipping to me again.
