Terrible Company

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They don't know how to run a business and Quincey enjoys screwing people over while Brandon seems to think he can run a business and they both are so so ignorant about everything.

First purchase of protein powder, opened Box and powder was eveywhere. Immediately sent pic and was told this isnt normal as they carefully pack each box and if I would send picture of the actually hole, so I sent pic of unopened protein powder showing the puncture hole in the bottom. Asked what my order number was, didnt have sent over my name and asked if they needed anything else. Heard nothing send another email if they neeed anything she said nope sending over a gift card. Today 15 days later they send me 50.00 gift card. My purchase was over 58.00. This isnt how business is done.

Quick to take your money, but ignore you when you have questions.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They don't have a phone number, just an email address. They reply to your email within minutes if you express interest in buying something. But if you have questions about why you were double charged, or why a refund was never processed, they ignore you. Their products are already overpriced. But it really sucks when they overcharge and then ignore you when you complain.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I purchased the love your body challenge for August 30, sent in the questionnaire to be able to get my macros, all of this was done on the 24th, today is the 29th and have not received any emails except for generated ones that want me to buy supplements. I have sent numerous emails and sent dms on Instagram, she replied once with check your spamstill not therenow I am out 70.00

Horrible service and giving super low calorie restrictions

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

So I reached out to Q for a custom macro meal plan. This is something she just started a month or so back.

After paying the $100 for the CUSTOM meal plan and waiting the 48 turn around to receive it I finally had to blow up her emails, Instagram post, Dms, to hear back from her. She said she was working on it but I just keep seeing her post on social as I was waiting around for a service I had paid for. She just keep giving excuses. Finally she messaged me back saying she sent it and to check my spam.

I did all that, and I asked her what email she used and she gave me some random chicks email and I was and then said oh sorry wrong person Ill work on urs now so then I finically get my plan and I could tell right off the plan was cookie cutter and my macros were way off.

My macros set at a little over 1600 calories and I went to add all my food into MyFitnessPal and it was hardly 1300 and very low carb and not even close to the macros. I told her I wanted a refund because she was obviously thinking I was stupid and then responded not even trying to fix it and just said were not a good fit LOL whatever you do not buy anything from them unless you want an eating disorder to follow because your food will be very very restrictive

Yep I had a friend show me her macros from Quincey after considering signing up and I was appalled at how low she had her calories set. She was a 5’8 tall woman, 130 lbs, and very active.

She had her calories set at 1345-****. A toddler is supposed to consume 1200! Cut or not, Quincey and her buddies have serious metabolic damage and have no idea how much damage they’re causing others.

I couldn’t even find if she’s has had any education or licensing to be giving out macro counts anyways. I’m glad you saw straight through it!

I wish I could get my money back. The videos don't match the exercise it list. They also WILL NOT respond! I never got to use the program bc it so unorganized. I tried to find followers on their page that may have bought the program to ask them questions. Save your money.

Her cut programs are just that: cookie cutter! The macros she recommends are far too low, even for a cut. A moderate deficits over time is better than a 30 day crash diet. Hard pass. Waste of money.

I paid for a program that was supposed to have weekly check-ins and I never received one. When I reached out , I received no response . Her program has a ton of grammatical errors and looks like she copied and pasted advice offline. She should be shut down .

I have had the same experience with Iheartmacros! This “coaching” program was a complete waste of my money.

No advice or coaching just a reply to email (several days later by the way). I submit a spreadsheet and get a small pep talk, but not guidance as to how to really make the macros work. I am also not impressed with the meals they eat.

It seems it is a lot of processed food. I will not purchase anything else from this company!

Same disappointing experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

100% not with the money. So disappointing.

I talked to a personal trainer recently who said just because someone has a lot of followers, that doesnt mean what theyre selling is good. Some people are really good at marketing and it makes their programs look better than they are There is absolutely no accountability, she doesnt care what you email into her. You literally just send her whatever you want to tell her (in her words) and the reply is basically a thumbs up. None of it feels personal even the macros and workouts are generalized.

If you're just looking to get your macros you would be better off to use a free online macro calculator and finding workouts on Pinterest.... I had a friend who talked to Quincy at a random get together.

Later my friend had a really amazing transformation and since they had talked Quincy posted about my friends amazing before and after and claimed it as her own coaching...... That should have been my sign.

Disappointing

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Iheartmacros programs are all scams. Do not buy!! Not very personalized as everyone’s macros are very similar. They just want your money and don’t put the work or effort into what you actually pay for. Every time people start noticing it’s a scam on their Facebook group, they close it down and make sure no one can post anymore about their concerns and disappointments. People need to know the truth about this company. And also I’ve done 2 programs with them and have seen little to no results just to add to it.

What she’s selling isn’t personalized at all and is terrible for your over all health. She doesn’t respond to emails and her cut programs are so low calorie that no one sustain them long term. Save your money and sanity.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
These programs are not personalized whatsoever. Everyone gets the same workouts and pretty much the exact same macros from what I have seen from other posts. Their Instagram and social media is all great but the delivery on a product / service that they offer is brutal. I understand they are busy . But clearly they have to much on their hands because you are lucky I you ever get a reply back. They have another lady that answers back on every 50 posts saying “send me your confirmation I will look into it” Honestly a joke and Waste of money
