Horrible service and giving super low calorie restrictions
So I reached out to Q for a custom macro meal plan. This is something she just started a month or so back.
After paying the $100 for the CUSTOM meal plan and waiting the 48 turn around to receive it I finally had to blow up her emails, Instagram post, Dms, to hear back from her. She said she was working on it but I just keep seeing her post on social as I was waiting around for a service I had paid for. She just keep giving excuses. Finally she messaged me back saying she sent it and to check my spam.
I did all that, and I asked her what email she used and she gave me some random chicks email and I was and then said oh sorry wrong person Ill work on urs now so then I finically get my plan and I could tell right off the plan was cookie cutter and my macros were way off.
My macros set at a little over 1600 calories and I went to add all my food into MyFitnessPal and it was hardly 1300 and very low carb and not even close to the macros. I told her I wanted a refund because she was obviously thinking I was stupid and then responded not even trying to fix it and just said were not a good fit whatever you do not buy anything from them unless you want an eating disorder to follow because your food will be very very restrictive

Same disappointing experience
100% not with the money. So disappointing.
I talked to a personal trainer recently who said just because someone has a lot of followers, that doesnt mean what theyre selling is good. Some people are really good at marketing and it makes their programs look better than they are There is absolutely no accountability, she doesnt care what you email into her. You literally just send her whatever you want to tell her (in her words) and the reply is basically a thumbs up. None of it feels personal even the macros and workouts are generalized.
If you're just looking to get your macros you would be better off to use a free online macro calculator and finding workouts on Pinterest.... I had a friend who talked to Quincy at a random get together.
Later my friend had a really amazing transformation and since they had talked Quincy posted about my friends amazing before and after and claimed it as her own coaching...... That should have been my sign.
- No accountability
- Generalized macros
- Generalized workouts

Yep I had a friend show me her macros from Quincey after considering signing up and I was appalled at how low she had her calories set. She was a 5’8 tall woman, 130 lbs, and very active.
She had her calories set at 1345-****. A toddler is supposed to consume 1200! Cut or not, Quincey and her buddies have serious metabolic damage and have no idea how much damage they’re causing others.
I couldn’t even find if she’s has had any education or licensing to be giving out macro counts anyways. I’m glad you saw straight through it!
